After you turn 30 your muscle mass starts to decline. With regular movement and exercise you can maintain your muscle mass. You can choose whatever kind of workout you’re comfortable with. You can take a yoga class or play a music and can dance on. Anything which can make your body moving and flex your muscle can help your body.
